Refund Policy
Free Trial Class
Every new family is offered one free trial class before enrolling in a paid plan. This trial gives you the opportunity to meet a teacher and experience a live one-to-one lesson before any payment is made for ongoing classes.
If You Have Already Received Your Free Trial Class
Once your child's free trial class has taken place, no refund will be issued for that trial or for any paid classes booked afterward. Attending the trial confirms you were able to assess our teaching quality and lesson format before choosing to continue with a paid plan.
If You Have Not Yet Received Your Free Trial Class
If your free trial class has not yet taken place, you may request a full refund within 2 weeks of your original booking date. Requests made after this 2-week window cannot be processed.
